Data collected

When you fill in a form, we may collect the information you provide: name, business email, company, phone number, business sector and the content of your message. For access requests, we may also collect the company, request date, requested page and limited technical information such as the browser used.

Purposes

This data is used only to respond to your requests, organize a demonstration, qualify a business need, manage the associated commercial follow-up and secure access to non-public areas of the site. The legal basis for processing is Excelpack's legitimate interest in responding to received business requests and, where applicable, pre-contractual exchanges with your company.

Recipients and processors

The data is intended for the Excelpack teams concerned by your request. The site may rely on technical providers for hosting, email sending, form reception and technical audience or performance measurement. These providers act only to supply the services necessary for the operation of the site.

Retention period

Commercial requests are kept for the time necessary to process the request and follow the business relationship, then for a maximum of three years after the last active contact. Technical data related to security and site operation is kept for a limited period, according to security, diagnostic and hosting needs.

Audience and performance measurement

The site may use audience and performance measurement tools provided by Vercel to understand visits, improve the experience and diagnose display performance. These measurements are not used for targeted advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete, restrict and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@notpaper.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL.
